• To improve the product and fix issues.

What We Store

• Your account profile (name, email).
• The X/Twitter usernames you choose to monitor.
• Audio recordings and transcriptions of public Spaces from your monitored hosts.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate SpacesRecorder:

• Google — for authentication.
• Stripe — for payment processing (we never see or store your card details).
• OpenAI — for AI-powered transcription.

Data Retention

You can delete your monitored hosts and recordings at any time from the dashboard. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted by emailing support@spacesrecorder.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
