Acceptance

By using SpacesRecorder, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What SpacesRecorder Does

SpacesRecorder monitors public X/Twitter Spaces from hosts you select and automatically records them. Recordings and AI-generated transcriptions are stored in your account for playback and download.

Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may only monitor public Spaces from public X/Twitter accounts.

Free and Pro Plans

• Free — 1 monitored host, up to 2 stored recordings.
• Pro ($10/month) — up to 10 monitored hosts, unlimited recordings, AI transcription, and priority support.

We reserve the right to adjust plan limits or pricing with 30 days notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute recordings commercially without the original host's permission.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or abuse the service.
• Use automated tools to create multiple accounts.

Content Ownership

Recorded Spaces are public content from X/Twitter. SpacesRecorder does not claim ownership of recorded content. You are responsible for how you use downloaded recordings.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Recording depends on X/Twitter platform availability, which is outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

SpacesRecorder is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed recordings, transcription errors, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
